We have way too much in common. I started in 2016 and made it all the way to being a self-driving cars engineer in 2019, and by then I'd realized that coding doesn't give me joy, it's not a craft I'm interested in mastering, and it's not the way I can offer the most value to the world. I don't want to be on a lifelong uphill battle to be good at something I don't even like!

As the saying goes, "It takes courage to give up too."
